Adonelle: April 2026 Recap
Adonelle Touch: How Sex-Positive Values Create Brands and Businesses People Trust

April was a meaningful month for Adonelle. The book continued to move further into the world, not only through wider distribution, but also through deeper engagement with the ideas themselves. What stood out most this month was a growing sense that the framework is reaching thoughtful readers, opening new conversations, and finding relevance in exactly the kinds of spaces where I had hoped it might.

One of the highlights of the month was the publication of an independent academic review of Adonelle Touch by the Center for Positive Sexuality. I was very encouraged by the overall response. The review engaged with the book in a serious and thoughtful way, combining appreciation with critique, while the main questions raised were directed more at aspects of the broader framing than at the substance of the framework itself. That made it especially meaningful to see the work taken seriously in an academic and intellectual context.

Later in April, I also had the opportunity to present at the Center for Positive Sexuality. The discussion and Q&A that followed made a strong impression on me and reinforced the sense that this work is not only unusual, but also timely, necessary, and capable of opening conversations that many people are ready for. I was especially encouraged to hear strong voices from the academic positive sexuality field describe the book and framework as important, and say that they had wanted for more than a decade to see positive sexuality values brought beyond sexuality itself and into organisations and business. Hearing that Adonelle Touch was seen as helping do exactly that made the moment particularly meaningful.

Talks and future speaking opportunities

Alongside that, there have been various discussions around future speaking opportunities. Some are still in progress, but it is encouraging to see growing interest in bringing these ideas into new spaces and audiences.

For me, this is one of the most important parts of the work right now: not only publishing the framework, but helping it travel into conversations, organisations, and communities where it can be tested, discussed, and further developed.

Distribution and platforms

April also brought an important distribution milestone: Adonelle Touch entered the Google Play Books ecosystem.

That was a particularly satisfying step, especially because getting the book there required real persistence. I am very glad it is now part of that ecosystem, where it can contribute further to discoverability, visibility, and credibility around the book and its ideas.

With Amazon continuing as the exclusive channel for the physical editions and ebook availability widening across platforms, this was another concrete step in making the book easier to find and access.

Libraries and visibility

It has also been good to see the book continue finding its place in library contexts. I recently noticed Adonelle Touch featured by Tallinn University Library, which was a small but encouraging moment. Seeing the book appear in such settings helps make the project feel increasingly real and embedded in the wider cultural and academic landscape.

Academic conversations and broader momentum

Another encouraging part of April has been the quality of the conversations happening around the book. I have had very good discussions with various academics, and the book is currently being read and reviewed by important voices and thoughtful academic leaders. That kind of engagement matters a great deal to me.

Because Adonelle Touch is not just a book, but the introduction of a new framework and a new way of speaking about trust, relationships, leadership, and organisational life, the responses around it matter deeply. At this stage, serious reading, reflection, and dialogue are at least as important as reach.

What’s next

April strengthened my sense that this work is developing in the right direction. The book is continuing to reach thoughtful readers, enter new platforms and institutions, and generate serious and meaningful conversations.

I’m grateful to everyone who has already read the book, engaged with the ideas, invited me to speak, written about it, or supported the journey in any other way. And if the ideas behind Adonelle Touch speak to your own work or curiosity, I would be very glad to connect. Whether you are part of academia, consulting, leadership, organisational culture, positive sexuality, or another field where these themes matter, I welcome conversations, collaborations, and new ways of taking the work further.
