About Adonelle Journal
Adonelle Journal is a publishing space exploring how sex-positive values can shape trust, relationships, leadership, brand, culture, and human experience in business.
It is part of the wider Adonelle ecosystem, created by Tõnis Hinnosaar and Eliia Laats. The work has grown through the book Adonelle Touch: How Sex-Positive Values Create Brands and Businesses People Trust, which introduces a framework for translating sex-positive values into leadership, branding, communication, and organisational life.
The core question behind this work is simple:
What if the same values that make relationships healthy could also help organisations thrive?
Adonelle Journal explores that question through essays, Field Notes, framework articles, and reflections on how sex-positive values can help organisations become more human, trustworthy, and alive.
What Adonelle Journal Covers
The Journal focuses on themes such as:
- trust as a felt experience, not only a message
- consent, boundaries, and autonomy in leadership and communication
- inclusivity, openness, and empowerment as business principles
- brand experience, culture, and ethical influence
- positive sexuality as a values-based lens for organisational life
- the Adonelle Touch framework, tools, and practical applications
This is not a traditional company blog. It is a place for developing ideas, documenting the journey of Adonelle, and opening conversations with leaders, researchers, educators, practitioners, and people interested in building more human organisations.
About Adonelle Touch
Adonelle Touch is a framework for translating and applying sex-positive values to leadership, branding, communication, organisational culture, and business experience.
The framework is built around four core pillars:
- Inclusivity
- Consent
- Openness
- Empowerment
These pillars are both inward- and outward-looking. They apply to the organisation itself as an identity, to the people inside it, and to the people outside it: customers, partners, communities, and audiences.
In this sense, Adonelle Touch is not only about brand communication. It is also about internal culture, leadership, customer experience, and the everyday ways people come into contact with an organisation.
Through this lens, the framework offers a practical way to examine how trust is created, damaged, and strengthened across organisational life.
